The existing
network at Northern Dental was creating bottlenecks, however
major network change was a concern to the doctor, as in the
past, this has always caused headaches. I was contacted to
provide a solution for not only inter-office communications and
resource sharing, but to also coordinate high-speed internet
access, security and remote access to the network.
An additional
bonus is the real-time, remote support that I'm able to offer
the office. Tasks from changing network passwords, to walking a
user through the proper procedure for printing reports and
performing month-end close activities can be demonstrated on the
users' Computer and interaction between both parties allows for
greater understanding and benefit. |
